To order a prescription refill, please complete the form below. Please note that all refill requests must be supported by a valid prescription already on file with Symington Pharmacy.

You can pick up your prescriptions during our business hours, which are listed on our website. We also offer delivery services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
